TEAM-MOE Educates
Through “Empowered University”, Team-MOE educates service providers, organizational leaders, and the broader public to build capacity for equitable change across ecological levels—individual, interpersonal, organizational, and community systems. Our workshops, facilitator guides, participant manuals, masterclasses, coaching, and leadership development experiences, strengthen evaluation capacity, program implementation, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder inclusion, and advocacy strategies that address root causes of inequity. Our educational approach blends cultural responsiveness with practical skill-building so that teams can plan, execute, and improve initiatives with confidence—especially those serving Black women, girls, and historically under-resourced communities.
